                The fire department has recently purchased 23 new radios through the help of a State Grant.    The old radios were donated to the Mendon Riverfest Committee.  The department has applied for another Grant with 911 agreeing to match it for the purchase of new mobile units for the vehicles.  A new fire truck has been purchased and will be here sometime in July.
